First of all, turn ON your PC.
Click on the windows icon at the left lower corner of the screen and click on the Control Panel.
At the screen, you will find a View by option. Click to the next and select the Category.

Under the Devices and Printers category, click on Add a Bluetooth device.

Turn ON your PC powered by Windows 8.
Go to the search box and type Bluetooth and hit enter.
After that, you will get the list of few options. Click on the first option, i.e. Bluetooth Settings.
On the next screen, below the title Manage Bluetooth devices, turn the Bluetooth ON.
Now switch ON your Bluetooth speaker and press the pairing button.

Turn on your Mac PC.
